Resource Description: This report presents one of the five case studies – on the Improving Care through Patient-Centered Clinical Pharmacy Services activity, which is part of the Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceuticals and Services (SIAPS) program in Ethiopia. In Section 2, we describe the study methods. In Section 3, we present the contours of the context in which the intervention was implemented, basic information on the intervention, how it was designed, and its outcomes. In Section 4, we describe implementation process for the intervention, including implement groundwork, key features of implementation process, and how the intervention was sustained and disseminated. Finally, in Section 5, we present our synthesis of the primary factors that influenced the intervention’s implementation and contributed to its success.
