- What new collaborative arrangements opportunities should be explored and which groups should be involved? What are strategies scan to be used for forming those collaborative arrangements?
- What do we see as the leadership role of key stakeholders in significantly contributing to significant effective collaboration among them?
- What would be the key issues (institutional and system) in implementing these collaborations and which ones need to be given priority attention? What next steps could move this process forward?
