Resource Description: This landscape analysis was commissioned by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to clarify the range of incentive mechanisms used, and identify ways to improve the program’s effectiveness, sustainability, and alignment with other community health worker (CHW) programs in Cambodia. To this end, the Health Finance and Governance (HFG) project conducted a literature review, complemented by qualitative data collection in three of Cambodia’s provinces where malaria workers are active.
