Over 1,700 participants from 90+ countries descended upon Cape Town last week for the Health Systems Global Third Global Symposium on Health Systems Research. The HFG team was busy with several staff presenting at the Symposium and pre-Symposium satellite sessions.

The pre-Symposium agenda boasted over 50 events led by leading organizations and institutions, September 29-30. Health Systems Global Secretariat Director and co-founder Jeffrey V. Lazarus captured the proceedings in this blog post. HFG presented and participated in several satellite sessions, as detailed in the post “HFG at #HSR2014 | Pre-Symposium.”

The Symposium ran from September 30 to October 3, with a packed schedule of plenary sessions, concurrent panel sessions, a marketplace, and hundreds of posters. All four plenary sessions were live webcast and recorded for those unable to make the event. Recordings are available on the conference website where you can also download presentations.
